Fees Information

Fees applied when entering into an Assured Short hold Tenancy Agreement

When applying to rent a property through our firm various fees apply as follows:

Holding Deposit Fee:-
Equivalent to One Week Rental income is required in order to remove the property from the market and show your commitment to proceed with the transaction.  One the funds have been received no further viewings will take place at the property and it will be withdrawn from the market. 

This holding deposit will be deducted from your final payment due before taking occupation at the property.

Referencing Fee
A Referencing fee of £150.00 (inc VAT) is charged per tenant on the Tenancy Agreement.  If a Guarantor is Required the same fee applies. 

Change Of Tenant Or Additional Tenant
A fee of £120.00 ( inc VAT) will be applicable should a tenant change on a Tenancy or an additional tenant be added to an agreement

Inventory
The inventory fee will depend on the size of the property.  Fees start from £150.00 - £300.00 (inc VAT)
Fees to be confirmed upon securing the Tenancy

Security Deposit 
A security deposit of equivalent to 6 weeks rent is required prior / upon signing of the Tenancy Agreement.  If pets are allowed in the property by the Landlord and additional deposit may become applicable.  All Deposits are registered with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme
